Trainee/New Comers

New starters will be given a full induction into the O’Neill and Brennan way of life. Induction is high paced and immersive where you’ll learn new techniques and practices in a supportive learning environment. You’ll meet lots of new colleagues, along with some of the more senior people in our business. After your induction the training and development doesn’t stop. You will receive continuous training through one-to-one, group activities, and various e-learning tools and webinars. Once finished, you will work alongside an experienced member of staff for additional support.

Consultant Training

Our training programme is designed to develop your recruitment expertise and sales skills well beyond induction, and is recognised as cutting edge within the industry. With a mix of classroom, on-the-job and one-to-one coaching, our programme builds recruitment best practice and is adapted to suit your individual learning needs. All consultants have their very own personal training device to assist with training. Whatever your background, our training will support you in becoming a recruiting expert and help you build a rewarding and successful career, as quickly as possible.

Management Training

As people begin to climb the ladder at O’Neill and Brennan, we emphasise the value in managing and leading others, as this is one of the most important jobs in our business. We want to develop our people into great leaders and managers of people and businesses. Our programmes are practical and interactive, developing skills such as coaching, managing performance, building cultures and leading high performing teams. This training is delivered at regular intervals throughout your career.
